A BlueMind subscription gives you access to this plugin

The AD synchronisation tool allows BlueMind to :

  • import users and groups from a directory
  • automatically authenticate users when they log in

To sum up, this tool prevents a secondary users management in BlueMind and problems caused by passwords proliferation. User password is stored into AD and is neither known nor imported in BlueMind.


Installation instructions

Debian/Ubuntu
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install bm-plugin-core-ad-import
RedHat/CentOS
yum update
yum install bm-plugin-core-ad-import
Once installed, restart BlueMind :
bmctl restart
